Includes one 60-minute Neuromuscular Therapy session each month.

- Additional 60-minute sessions for $70 during the same billing cycle

Membership Guidelines
- Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.
- Sessions roll over to future billing cycles.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable, with the exception of the monthly guest privilege.
- Early morning, evening, holiday, and special event appointments are subject to availability.
- Additional services and enhancements may incur separate fees.
- Payment is due monthly through the payment method on file.
